Connor Essegian

I really hope Dusty is pursuing this kid. Could see him thriving as the starting 2 or 6th man. We know he was a Michigan basketball fan as a kid so it seems like a very realistic get.
Fat, drunk, stupid, and posting threads that only have a person’s name as the title is no way to go through life, son.
Two or three are okay but all four? Nah.
Great Animal House reference guys.
One of my favorite all time movies!!

Talk about lying in the weeds! Impressive shit.
Sounds like a hockey player.
Mike Jones
Who?
Mike Jones!
This bit makes me laugh every time. Some of the MgoHumor staples like the selling shirts in Ohio have gotten pretty stale (to me anyways) but the Mike Jones routine always gets to me.
Maybe because I remember that exchange as it happened over10 years ago.
slots in right behind Counterstrike guy and fire Bakich for me

Obviously, I concur.
John Jacob Jingleheimer-Schmidt.
I JUST watched Robin Williams playing a character named John Jacob Jingleheimer-Schmidt, mostly a cameo in the movie, To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar.
That's my name too!
Hey, that's my name too!
Not mine. I’m Spartacus.
Really? Because I'm Batman,
Is he related to Sarah Connor? I've been looking for her.
Rick James... Bitch.
247 has mentioned that there's been contact with him already and that there's mutual interest.
My bologna has a first name. It's O-S-C-A-R.
That groping coach has a second name it's M-E-Y-E-R.
According to the Athletic, Connor Essegian is currently the number 45 prospect in the transfer portal. The article references the back injury he suffered early in the season for his steep decline from his freshman year when he was an All-Freshman selection. We of course remember him as a freshman torching Michigan while being subjected to pictures of him in Michigan gear at Crisler as a kid during the broadcast.
I'm sure Dusty and staff are doing their homework on each potential transfer. Seems like it might be a red flag that Essegian is a sophomore and not a freshman or grad transfer. Might lose too many credits in the transfer.

There might be very specific cases where the player does not care about losing credits. Essegian is not going to be a NBA prospect, especially not any time soon. He can get a Michigan degree if he enrolls and sticks around for three years.
But I of course have no specific information or knowledge related to Essegian.
Any “Connor” linked to Michigan gives me nightmares.
Well, that's like your opinion, man.
I think that Tony Perkins would be a better pull from the portal. Veteran PG who averaged
double figures in PPG last season and could mentor the incoming frosh (if they remain committed).
I'm going full-William Carlos Williams on this.

I think we can get this pubbed in The New Yorker. And, hey, the kid does sound like a baller.
Brandon Hughs…
I’ve had enough of guys that can’t handle the ball or defend the perimeter.
hopefully he becomes a Michigan Legend like the last Connor we had
How often does he dunk?
Sidd Finch
One of the great moments in Sports Illustrated history came when the magazine published an article about Sidd Finch written by "Paper Lion" George Plimpton for the magazine's April 1, 1985 issue.
The tale of two different thread titles, lol.
It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. It was the age of Natty. It was the age of… this thread.
Maceo Baston.
Was going to let you off with a thread title warning but seeing how you're already minus 40+, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to join the mob and downvote. I only get so many chances to break out the torch & pitchfork, and given that I paid for these things, I'm gonna use 'em.
Harold Snepsts
Would love to have this player in the Maize 'n Blue the next few years. Great shooter and tough guy.
Thanks for bringing the post back to the topic. Now to go off topic...with Coach Devries of Drake heading to West Virginia, six players form Drake, including his MVP son are in the portal (also, coaches son Pat McCaffery).
Back to Essegian
Barely played this year
We should get all the Wisconsin guys so our players don't get punched in the balls anymore.
