Bai Jobe Enters the Transfer Portal (highest rated player in MSU's 2023 football class)

But it seems odd that a significant number of the portal entrants are defensive linemen, because if memory serves it was MSU's horrid pass defense that was the root of their biggest problems the last couple years. Unless MSU got a bunch of d-line transfers that I just don't know about?

Either way, whatever I guess.

Im all for ragging on our rivals but the highest rated player leaving is probably the coach cleaning out the entitlement from Tugger.

Oddly, watched the 4th quarter of the MSU spring game, noticed a couple of non-dressed players dancing outside the perimeter of the huddle. You can’t have that.

Entitlement has no place in sports, kids have to learn how to face adversity.

Withholding judgment on MSU out-transfers. Their culture was horrible - almost as if Tucker embraced all the worst aspects of Dantonio’s crab-in-barrel ideology. And as shown with Mike himself, that culture can’t sustain success. So I’m somewhat inclined to believe that many of these are additions by subtraction.

By confession:

Went to RCMB for a bit of schadenfreude. Sure enough, Bai Jobe was the top post!

...actually, no it wasn't.  It was second. "Michigan sign cheating scandal" was still the top post the moment I clicked.

None of those transfers will make a dent anywhere, except for Harmon.

Smith and staff are clearing out the NIL busts according to reports.

Name one impact player from the departures.
