I really hope Dusty is pursuing this kid. Could see him thriving as the starting 2 or 6th man. We know he was a Michigan basketball fan as a kid so it seems like a very realistic get.

I can't even believe it took until the first comment to get this joke in. I feel like it could've happened even sooner.
It's a joke that tells itself.

Michigan has offered him. The have also offered 3 other players that I know of to this point.

Can he shoot?
He's no Plaxico Burres.
Can he shoot? Check out his film. It's incredible, he never misses. Never seen anything like it. Haven't seen him defend, rebound or pass but he sure can shoot.
He’s just a shooter
Three and no D.
He's Mike Hart but can hit 3s.
Glen Rice was famous for banging 3s. One of them was almost vice president. Almost.
The other jokes Palin in comparison to yours.
She was younger. Maybe a 5?

LOL, she was older and worked as a sportscaster in Anchorage. She worked hard to go out with Glenn when Michigan played in the AK tournament.

Essegian is a class of 2022 20 year old. A 6'4" guard, he worked his way into the starting lineup for the last 20 games of his freshman season, averaged 23 min/game and set a freshman record by making 69 three pointers. His sophomore year saw a portal-in take his spot, and then he suffered a back injury a few minutes into his first game. He wasn't the same after that, and was eventually relegated to end of the bench status. He's a good shooter and ball handler, with glaring defensive deficiencies that may or may not be related to the back injury. Like most portal players forced out of a starting role, he's got game but also holes in his game.
Nice
He was bad on defense in his freshman year so it's not his back related issue. He would be playing more if he can shoot but he wasn't able to get back to his freshman year level.
Also Blackwell, Storrs, Kleismet outplayed him so there wasn't room for him to see time on the floor.
No thanks, unless we can't sign enough other players to fill the roster. OR, they check out his back issues to see if they're healed and he's 100%. But I have my doubts about that, since we know bad backs don't go away very easily.

That’s impastable. Is the one really Italian? The other one is likely polish, but how?!
This is probably a better video... I can't help with your shitty post title though.
Sophomore heading into Junior year... UM Admissions: "Let's take a look at those credits, shall we?"
That is an issue, but I think it’s less so for the incoming junior than an incoming senior. A big sticking point seems to be the need to get 60 credits at UofM. If he has 2 years to do that instead of 1, that seems more likely. Also, freshman courses should transfer easier than higher level courses that have more specialized syllabuses. If he gets a few credits denied, he should be able to make those up during spring/summer semester.
P.S. It’s not admissions that look at the transcript, it’s the individual colleges.
I think most of us just use admissions as shorthand for the various colleges.
It’s an affliction I share with Safire.

Also Essegian wanted to go to Michigan out of HS. He may be ok to lose some credits and make them up over the summer.

Jesus Christ son. You waited 13 years to get over 100 points so you could finally start a thread and then promptly fuck it up by breaking one of the thread creation "rules" found in the FAQ for the past 13 years.
That's beyond impressive.
I agree.*
Breaking two rules
1. Uninformative title
2. How to post a link.
* Meanwhile I broke a 3d rule, simply writing "I agree."
3. making message board post on subject already covered on a front page article without providing any additional information or analysis.
