I contend it could go right and us be ready to move on. I could see us winning this year or next, then him getting injured year 3 and Hooker coming in showing he is not a step back from Goff and we move on from Goff and cut in year 4, or trade him.
If the lions win one super bowl under this contract I would NOT say this is a failure.
that is a tricky bit when trying to get depth from NIL, kids are transfering for playtime typically. A good depth guy for us is a starter at a lot of schools.
I just feel there offence is going to be a bit of a mess, unforationally they will figure out there identity I'm sure by us, but I could see them dropping a couple early. Day/Kelley don't have the same system and both offensive guys.
I think we are going to find out what kind of team we have early vs Texas. If our defense shows up then I think we have a chance of getting thru the schedule with only 1-2 losses and being in the top 3-6 going into the playoffs, I'd be more surprised at being better than that than worse though.
I'd love santrisel but that would be too many nickle/saftey types tbh.
I'd love to get Zinter late 3rd early 4th, I don't want to get him higher than that though. Lions really need a IOL not sure though if Zinter is the best fit though considering a Center is going to be needed next year, someone that can play anywhere inside is ideal.
honestly i'm all for light non conference schedule. but i'd be game for some sort of agreement with the SEC.
first two games of season play teams like in the MAC, 3rd game every team in the Big Ten is matched against a team in the SEC based on last years conference standing #1 plays #1 2v2...etc. would be a good first step to basically creating a BIG/SEC breakaway for football.
It was a Ballistic Trajectory, the landing area is a very empty area. Also there were tracking planes in there area to capture additional data because they expected to lose communication with Starship at reentry.
while no love for Saban, I agree that college sports is a shit show right now. Needs some sort of governing body (not the NCAA they don't do anything productive).
honestly I could see him trying to deal herbert for picks this year. Their cap issues are horrible, They could do what the lions did and go young and rebuild. If he does that could see a pick of JJ with one of the 1st rounds.
I think our chances Sunday rely on the DL and more importantly Hutch, if Hutch figures out a way to have a career game and really get after purdy I think there is a chance he is raddled enough for us to score enough to win.
right now my ceiling is a win against say Rams in round one. Beating Dallas at Dallas or at home, then losing to the 49ers in the NFC Championship. that said with Dallas losing this week, Eagles would be more likely in the second round match up and an away game there would be much more difficult for our dome team.
We have options for next year even without JJ. I think we will be fine. No we will prolly not have an undefeated year, but can afford a couple losses with the playoffs, and a seasoned Orjii or Davis could let us make a run
If harbaugh is back I think it's 75/25 he stays. But if harbaugh goes pro and say goes to the bears. I could totally see JJ following him. Bears have a lot of draft capital for a rebuild and I'd guess harbaugh would love to get a known quantity to develop there.
Wasn't feeling trying to make the turkey amazing. So starting with an amazing cut of meat (prime rib) and making it epic. Slow roasted with herb compoat butter with a red wine gravy made from braising the ribs
actually don't hate this. schedule would be tricky but I think doable. try to get back to a home and home with ND, schedule Oregon State and Washington State for home and home games. but then your going to need to find atleast 3-4 more Power 5 schools to play yearly, then fill the schedule out with fluff MAC/Sunbelt teams
the whole point was there was no way they could of gotten that new play without advanced scouting. So thats the very rule michigan was accused of breaking.
that said I do think with NIL its way easier to turn a program around. If he went to MSU, I bet he finds a QB to transfer and a few other 5* types year one to be a competative but still flawed team year one (think 8-10 wins) then year 2 with a full recruiting class and a few more NIL induced transfers your looking at a team competing for the Big 10.

wonder what kind of NIL deal he got for the cover

2021 OSU was it for me, was the turning point.

Each test gets further and they get to test new things. This was a pretty solid success.

A new AD and a new coach, then full rebuilt wouldn't expect anything till 2026 tbh
really need a run of Fire Warde shirts made up to wear to these games.
Curious what this means for Hart
same could of been said for Stafford pre-rebuild lions. its extremely hard to rebuild a team with a expensive QB

we just won a natty I don't think we need to change anything schematically.
I'm excited to see the lions NOT pick a CB for it to turn into gold anyway.

Warde is lazy
Anyone selling Big and Tall sizes for National Champions apparel? I'm just a bit to husky to pull off a 2x
dude already looks like a College Sophmore
no 4k?
I can't beleave ESPN didn't offer a 4k stream in this day and age. been spoiled by FOX

any suggestions on where to find good ones?

can always use incognito mode and different emails to vote more.
Honestly he is either our new head coach if harbaugh is going to the NFL. Or he be gone.

it wasn't too bad during the game, but the drive home to west michigan was hell.
No
Just embrace being the villain this year
Sheer will power. As a fellow big man. Sometimes you know you have to make your body move ...and damn the consequences after you accomplish your goal
He surfaces. Love to passion in this statement. But where have you been Warde?
While I'm all for leaving the conference don't mix news posts then state an opinion as fact.
.
This is exactly the situation why TROs were created. If there is solid legal reasoning it would be granted even more so when on such short notice
Why do you say that
We were talking about this at work...and kinda elegant
OSU, Penn State, Michigan and ND east division. Usc Cal wash and Oregon west division.
You play every one in your division home and away. And play the other division once.
Usc has got to be having PTSD from what happened to Carroll.
I mean as dumb as the sounds. It's exactly the same logic. The Big ten just used. I've got to imagine Michigan's lawyers are laughing right now
its called crowd sourcing

Prolly would save us money compared to legal costs lol
I'm expecting Friday afternoon so getting a TRO would be hard. Or waiting a couple weeks to suspend for OSU and the big ten championship
the whole point was there was no way they could of gotten that new play without advanced scouting. So thats the very rule michigan was accused of breaking.
Law firms don't want to take high profile losers if they can avoid it. them working with Michigan and losing is not a good look for there reputation.
I don't think we would want in the ACC there media deal blows. honestly SEC or independent and get our own media deal like ND
