Boy, all the stupid wankers who crapped on Juwan. Michigan fans have rarely deserved their basketball teams, and I say that as someone who has watched since the mid-70s.

Solid first half; would have been nice for Burnett to finish at the rim those two times.  But still hard to complain being up 16 on a tourney team with the refs being pretty bad.

i have very low expectations this year, which makes this first half performance against a decent D-I team very nice.  i mean, at least we're not getting upset by james madison....

Looks like the team put in the work in the offseason.  Players are noticeably Sandersonized, bigger and stronger.  Dug and TWill must have put up a lot of shots, both looked much improved.

Not going to get too carried away over one good half, but they look like they could be decent.

Very impressive 1st half. This squad actually is enjoyable to watch. Great defensive rotation, good inside and outside shooting and more qualities.

This unc Asheville squad won 27 games last year and lost one main player, they're not some flunky team.

Olivier, TWill and others are really playing well for a first game, I love the way they're running the floor. Dug looks like a potential All B1G PG if he keeps this up.

Did Hunter bog down this program that much?

Looks like addition by subtraction.

1st game, but man their mental lapses on defense are them straight up not guarding people.

Dug is looking elite this year though, I just hope some other guards can give him a bit of rest.

Wow is Dug a player.  Teardrops, threes, passes, ball on a string

And Williams must work really work hard and do favors for the coaches because he no better than last year. Frustrating to watch

It is already an absolute breath of fresh air to not have to watch a Jett/Houstan/Dickinson level of defender on the floor. It's nice to see everyone on the floor have normal effort & at least a Jr. High level of rotation & positioning.

There were murmurs that losing HD would help team chemistry, and even with a lot of new faces on the floor they are already playing more "together" than the team did at any point last year
